Refunds & Returns Policy
This Refunds & Returns Policy (“Policy”) applies to all purchases of streaming rentals, digital downloads, discs, and merchandise made through our platform. It is designed to comply with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
1. Streaming Rentals (48-Hour Access)
- When you purchase a streaming rental, you will have access for 48 hours from the time you first start playback.
- By starting playback, you expressly agree your 14-day statutory right to cancel is waived.
- If you do not start playback, you may cancel within 14 days for a full refund.
- If the rental is faulty/unavailable, we will restore access or refund.
2. Digital Downloads
- By starting a download, you waive your 14-day statutory right to cancel.
- If not started, you may cancel within 14 days for a refund.
- Faulty/corrupted downloads entitle you to repair, replacement, or refund.
3. Discs (DVDs, Blu-rays, CDs) and Merchandise
- You can cancel within 14 days of delivery (unused, in original condition).
- Return shipping cost is yours unless faulty.
- Refunds within 14 days of return.
- Opened discs or worn merchandise cannot be returned unless faulty.
4. General Terms
- Refunds to original payment method only.
- We are not responsible for internet/device issues on your side.
- If our content damages your device due to negligence, you may claim repair/replacement/compensation.
- This Policy does not affect your statutory rights.
